A natural person who in the course of his business or employment carried out for other people advice on pest and its related disorders plants and the safe use of plant protection products. This person must hold a valid official certificate of treatment with plant protection products on the level of responsibility advisor. In addition, they must meet the qualification requirements if necessary the requirements for the practical training laid down in national legislation.

Valid certificate of professional competence (§ 86 paragraph 3 of the Act. No. 326/2004 Coll.) Universities 1) Mgr. in the plant health field 2) Doctor in phytosanitary 3) The holder of science degree in phytosanitary or plant protection 4) Graduate of the Lifelong Learning Programme phytosanitary taking an accredited Universities study programs in agriculture and natural sciences and intended for graduates of other accredited programs. Secondary 5) Graduation exam or higher professional education in the field of phytosanitary or cultivation of agricultural and forestry fields 6) Graduate of an accredited Bc, Mgr. or doctoral study program in field of cultivation, agriculture or forestry 7) Graduate of Professional qualification examination "Plant Protection Adviser"
