bezúhonnost

Irreproachability: anybody who was not effectively sentenced for a crime committed from negligence the merits of which are connected with the authorized activity, or for a crime committed deliberately, or who is taken as if not sentenced according to a separate legal regulation or decision of the President of the Republic, shall be considered irreproachable. Irreproachability shall be proved by submission of an extract from the criminal records, not older than 3 months. When assessing irreproachability of nationals of the Member States of the European Union, it shall be proceeded according to a separate legal regulation.
