is technically and legally knowledgeable professional with at least three years experience in the field of industrial (intellectual) property, which passed a professional examination at the Industrial Property Office and passed the legal oath before the President of the Chamber, which is committed to their civic conscience, honor and preserve the Constitution and laws of the CR , conscientiously perform their duties, especially to clients and maintain confidentiality. It is entered in the register of patent attorneys, who leads the Chamber and has a certificate from the Chamber for the job.
