Running track, a legal or natural person on the basis of official authorization issued by the Rail Authority, if registered in the Commercial Register. Each track can have only one operator. To track national and regional railway operator must still hold a safety certificate, the certificate is not required for railway operators of "siding". An applicant for an official authorization must meet the statutory qualifications in the field of professional, legal and financial. Official permit holder's duty is to ensure, inter alia, technical and operational uptime track, to avoid endangering the safe operation of railway transport.
