Conduct of archeological research

Permission to conduct archaeological research may, on request, grant an individual the Ministry of Culture, in agreement with the Academy of Sciences, where he has specialized for archaeological research necessary preconditions, according to the provisions of § 21 paragraph 2 of Act No. 20/1987 Coll., On State monument care, as amended (the "Preservation Act"). Assumptions necessary professional qualifications means a natural person applying for the permit and laboratory equipment and space necessary equipment needed for scientific knowledge and documentation of archaeological finds and temporary storage of movable archaeological finds. Professional qualifications to prove the fulfillment of qualifications and 2 years of professional experience.
