anotace
Restoration can be performed by natural persons under a license issued by the Ministry of Culture. Restoration within the meaning of specific regulation means the sum of fine arts, crafts and technical work, respecting technical and artistic structure of the original. Permission of the Ministry of Culture (in case of candidates as well as recognition of their professional qualifications) is subject to restoration of cultural monuments, which are also works of fine art or artistic works - it is a cultural monument, which also works of art or art works. A contrario, the system described is not subject to renewal of the things that are indeed works of art or art work, but they are not cultural monuments.
