Fish keeper is obliged to keep records of management, of the economic output and record on the issue of allowances in the fishing ground and submit it on demand to control the relevant fishery authority. Fish keeper is also responsible for: the proper management of fish culture facilities, a complete documentation of the water works, ensuring the hatching of fish and their introduction into the grounds and for the proper settlement of the user of the fishing ground, fishing inspection activities, summary of catch, the ecological disaster on the grounds fish culture facilities, and provides relief and determine the causes of their origin.

1) university education - agricultural engineering (fishery) or university education - biology (hydrobiology) or university education zoology specialization for ichtyology 2) specialized secondary eduacation or certificated higher revolting education (fischery) 3) certificat certificate about graduation course for fish farmers and successful passing higher revolting fishing exams (after 1 st January 1998 or proved copy)
