Technical and supervision of water works is governed by the provisions of § 61 and § 62 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll. On water and amending certain acts (Water Act) as amended by Act No. 150/2010 Coll. And is defined as follows:" Technical-security supervision of waterworks (hereinafter referred to as "supervision") means identifying the technical condition of the dam impounding storing water, and safety and stability and the possible causes of his failures. Is done mainly by observation Water and survey works by measuring the deformation monitoring of seepage water, as well as evaluating the results of all observations and measurements in relation to a predetermined limit or critical values. The technical and safety supervision is drafting measures to correct the shortcomings.
